OEDRO offers free shipping to all U.S. states, excluding Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), APO/FPO/AE/AFF, Guam (GU), Virgin Islands (VI), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).
We ship from over 20 strategically located warehouses across the U.S. to ensure fast delivery. Located warehouses in California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey to ensure fast delivery.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- FedEx Ground (Mon-Fri): 3-7 business days
- FedEx Home Delivery (Mon-Sun): 4-7 business days Delivery times are estimated and can vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Transaction ID (for credit card/PayPal purchases)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged through normal use after delivery
- Refunds without return: If a refund is requested without returning an item, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refund with return: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after all returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank account). Please note that some banks may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect the refund in your account, or it may appear in your next statement.
Note: For orders containing pre-sale items, shipments will be processed within 1-2 business days after the product is in stock.
Shipping Address
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address to avoid delays. We do not accept shipments to PO Boxes. If your order requires special handling or is delayed, our customer support team will reach out with updates.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return eligible items in new, unused, and resealable condition within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to inspect all returns and exchanges, and approval is at our discretion.
Restocking Fee
For returns that are not due to a quality issue, a reasonable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers return shipping and restocking costs. Items that are damaged through normal wear and tear or marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.

Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and provide the return address. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving the return label. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization (RA) or for items that are returned after 14 days.

Shipping the Return
You may choose to use another carrier for your return, but please confirm the return address with our customer service team. You must provide a valid tracking number once the item has been shipped back to us. Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will be rejected.
Pre-Shipment Cancellation
You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped without incurring any fees. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made.
