Description

The end of the final length of exhaust pipe where it vents to open air, generally the only visible part of the exhaust system part on a vehicle, often ends with just a straight or angled cut, but may include a fancy tip. The tip is sometimes chromed. It is often of larger pipe than the rest of the exhaust system. This produces a final reduction in pressure and sometimes used to enhance the appearance of the car.

    I highly recommend this tip. Installation took a bit of time, but the price is unbeatable for the quality. It’s well-packaged and fits snugly over the 5" pipe. Once tightened, it stays in place perfectly and made a huge difference in the vehicle's sound.

    The first one arrived scratched and poorly packaged, but the replacement was well-packed and wrapped. Quality-wise, there was a small metal spot showing through, but I easily fixed it with touch-up paint. Overall, it’s a minor issue and the tip works great.

    Make sure to measure your exhaust's outside diameter before buying. The powder coating feels a bit cheap. However, it's not a major issue - you can easily repaint it with something more durable if it starts to chip.

    This is a solid exhaust tip with a great look, but I had a slight issue during installation. The bolt didn’t seem to tighten as much as I’d like, but once I got it secured, it hasn’t budged.
