Also the instructions are helpful to me. You're better off using more self-tapping screws to hold them in place if you want to install better. Overall it is a good product and looks great. Laura KellyEasy InstallReviewed in the United States on Oct 21, 2021Purchased for my 2004 F150. Product was very easy to install. Initially purchased to cover up rust in fender wells. I ended up not using the mounting brackets provided with the kit. I used 1.5 sheet metal screws to go directly into the body because I will not be removing. Top screws or strictly cosmetic.

I'm all about those stainless steel bolts on the flares, they give my ride a slick, fresh vibe. Plus, I got these flares to cover up some rust spots. Did a quick rust treatment, slapped on some paint and a clear coat, and boom, the flares hide any of those rough patches. Really happy with how it turned out, great buy for sure!Was this review helpful?

Just a tip: make sure to press them in toward the fender while you're putting them on. They're kinda thin and can pull away from the fender when the sun heats them up.Was this review helpful?

I had them professionally installed at a local shop, and the guy said they were a bit tricky to put on. He pointed out that the fit isn't perfect, there's a tiny gap where the flare doesn't quite line up. But honestly, despite that little hiccup, I'm still a fan of the flares.Was this review helpful?
