Return Policy

At OEDRO, we're committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed.

RETURNS IN 3 EASY STEPS:

1) You can fill in the information herein Return. Or you can contact our after-sales customer service, please send an email to service@oedro.com and we will handle the problem for you.

2) Your return must be in the same condition as when you received it. All labels must be intact and include the manufacturer's packaging.

3) You can obtain a return shipping label by contacting us at service@oedro.com (relevant return rules, see below). Our return address is 18220 80th Place South, Kent, Washington 98032. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.

1. Accepted Return 
(1)Return accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon received or missing items, wrong items or incorrect & non-compatible packages sent, learn more at rule3, rule4
(2)Return accepted for unsatisfactory, unopened & unused items within 30 days of your receiving, but it must comply with the rule5, rule6.
(3)Return is not accepted when damage is caused by unauthorized maintaining, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse, etc.

2. Return Confirmation 
(1)Contact us via service@oedro.com to get a return shipping label, submit order no. a clear picture or video, and shipping packaging to confirm your return is accepted. 
(2)When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged, or missing upon received ). Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, and ship it to the address our customer service sent you.

3. Return defective or damaged items received
If the item you have received is defective or damaged, contact our customer service at the first time and provide us with photos or a video of the defective or damaged item within 7 days. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund.

4. Return incorrect & non-compatible items received
If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered or you got a non-compatible item with your device (the original description of the item on our site is wrong), please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs in 7 days:
Photos or a video of the incorrect item;
Photos or a video showing the problem that occurred with this product;

Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. If a return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once you send us a return shipping receipt showing how much you paid to return it. Please be sure that the incorrect item or non-compatible item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in. For the incorrect item or non-compatible item, if you are able to find a use for it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest that to us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

5. Return unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days after you received it to get a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees, packaging fee & restocking fee of at least 20% of the original price according to the condition of items sent back.

Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

6. 30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

7. Returns and Compensation Process
PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. 
Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Note: The price of the products on our website will fluctuate with the cost, and we will not refund any difference caused by this.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
