K T.the power adjust doesn’t always respond.Reviewed in the United States on Dec 23, 2024I installed these on my 2015 Sierra 3500HD and overall, they do the job. The look is sharp, and I love the heated function for cold mornings. However, sometimes the power adjustment doesn’t respond on the first try. I have to fiddle with the switch a bit before the mirror moves. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something I didn’t expect from a higher-quality product.Was this review helpful? -

The driver’s side mirror was perfect, but unfortunately, the passenger side has a defect that causes a blurry view. AnnaGreat visibility, but quality concernsReviewed in the United States on Dec 13, 2024There’s a world of difference when pulling my boat compared to the small OEM mirrors. The side and aft visibility is great - no more blind spots. However, my only complaint is the fit and finish/quality. Recently, I folded the mirrors in (as I do regularly when going through the car wash tunnel), and something popped internally. Now the driver's side mirror won’t stay extended and has no resistance. Hope the manufacturer sees this and provides a solution.Was this review helpful?

However, one of the mirrors had noticeable scratches on the glass when it arrived. I’m a little disappointed with the quality control.
