Disappointed with Scratches on the Mats

I was really excited to get these mats for my 2024 Ford Explorer,but when they arrived,I noticed several scratches on the surface of the front mats.The quality of the material is good,but the scratches made the mats look damaged right out of the box.I contacted customer service,and they were helpful in offering a replacement,but the overall experience was frustrating.
