      I bought these in October for my 02 2500 and they have worked very well. The glass looks good; no distortion and the glass doesnt shake. The directional controls also work perfectly unlike some of the other reviews Ive seen. I did not have stock heated mirrors so I cannot offer any input.

      These came packaged extremely well. They fit perfectly, plugged right in to the existing connector and all the functions worked as theyre supposed to. Awesome mirrors, I recommend them highly.
