ToddOME PROBLEM WITH INSTALL BUT STILL A GOOD BUY.Reviewed in the United States on Sep 14, 2023Easy to install and in my opinion pretty sturdy. I had some trouble lining the bolts up under the step to the J hooks. The over hang on the step was right against the J hooks in some spots and I had to force push the step so the hooks would go under the over hang. With this problem I could only adjust the step side to side, not farther or closer to the truck doors. Which is fine because it was in a good location. Also black bolts would look better, you can see the shiny bolts if your walking up to it.

The hardest part about the whole process was removing my old, rusted parts so if starting fresh..should take less than an hr. Jut send me a call tag and send someone to pick them up. This is ridiculous. I emailed initially 2 days ago about the problem. A day later you emailed me back. I promptly replied to the an absurd question. Obviously'you have never unpacked your company's product before. Then, a day later you say you will send news ones IF that is okay with me. The day goes by after i tell you to do it. No reply. In addition, you say to expect 6 to 8 days when the initial purchase took 3 business days to get here.
It is like I am being punked. So, no, it is not acceptable. I have an idea, tell your company to answer the telephone. I get the robo vice everytime i call. Further, the robovoice only spits out what is typed into it. Based on that, the typist is not a principa English speaker.
What a joke!!! Apparently your reviews on your site are phony reviews and not from real buyers. That is ashame because the product seems well built. But well built means nothing if you can use it when you want it. It is like a well built snow blower....i have one of those....the fact that it is wel built only means something when it is workig properly in the dead of winter.
