I was excited when I got the install video links prior to receiving them. Well, not so fast. Installation was a breeze, took me about an hour, and the instructions were actually spot-on, which is always a plus. The only weird thing is, I noticed some staining on the top of the boards after only having them for a week. Not sure what that's about, but hopefully it doesn't get worse.Was this review helpful?

It was definitely a two-person job (I helped, of course!), but he had them up and running (pun intended!) in about an hour. These things are a lifesaver! Getting into our truck used to be a bit of a climb, but now it's super easy. Plus, they feel really sturdy and well-built.Was this review helpful?

I was pretty annoyed, but when I contacted the sales rep, they were AMAZING. They totally went above and beyond to fix the situation, making sure everything was still there (since the boxes had been opened) and even expedited the shipment. Once I finally got the running boards, installation was easy. The instructions were clear, and it only took me a little over an hour. Love them!Was this review helpful?

That's great for installation, but it does make me wonder about how tough they'll be in the long run.
