I placed some items on top and left it overnight, and it straightened out just fine. I installed it in our 2021 CR-V this morning without any issues. It arrived folded, so it takes a while to fully flatten out. I placed some heavy items on top of it after installation, and after about two weeks, it’s almost flat now. I was initially worried it would be too thin, but it turned out to be just fine for protecting the carpet from stains and liquids.
