Description

YITAMOTOR'S Catalytic converters are Compliant with EPA emission standards to reduce direct emissions of harmful gases such as CO, HC, NOx, etc. Reduces fuel consumption by stabilizing the accuracy of the engine’s oxygen system signal and controlling fuel injection.

1. Maximum Efficiency for Exhaust Flow

Internal honeycomb ceramic substrates have a porous structure to increase the reaction area and ensure sufficient catalysts (Pt, Rh, Pd) on the coating surface for a higher conversion rate.

4. Eliminate P042 Code Error

This catalytic converter can eliminate the “check engine light” caused by code P0420 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold). Before replacing a catalytic converter, please make sure your O2 sensors function properly. Faulty sensors can cause damage to spark plugs, and catalytic converters, and damage your fuel economy.

      I slapped this on my 2006 Honda CR-V. Man, after the nightmare I had with other exhaust parts, this one went on without a hitch! But the packaging felt kinda cheap and not super detailed or pro.

      I bought this converter for a 2003 Honda CRV 4 cylinder, it seems to be of good quality installed it over the weekend to fix cat malfunction check engine trouble code which it did, and it passed VA emissions test today, well see if it stands the test of time.

      Took forever to get here, but hey, this converter was half the price of what I'd pay at any local shop, and it fit like a glove. Passed emissions with no issues, and now my 2002 Honda with 261K miles should be good for another 40K or more!
