    I got two sets of floor mats for the second row, but they forgot to send me the ones for the third row. And now I can't even get a hold of them on the phone to fix it! The mats are good quality, but the packaging and customer service are seriously lacking.

    These mats are so easy to clean! I just shake them out and hose them down. No more scrubbing or vacuuming. As a busy mom, I appreciate anything that saves me time. But the set is a little pricey.
