JessicaAwful instructionsReviewed in the United States on Aug 14, 2020The instructions for this are completely awful. They squeezed everything onto the front and back of 1 page. You can barely see the hardware on the page and very difficult to tell which hardware goes with which steps. There are also a few steps that aren't very clear and when I called to figured out where the install video was to watch that the video was just as bad. all music and no explaining anything and half the steps you can't even see because arms are in the way. Then the hardware that was suppose to be for attaching the bumper on the sides weren't long enough. I ended up spending hours in 3 different hardware stores trying to find the right threaded bolts to fit. The bumper itself is great though. Chas in DesotoGreat BumperReviewed in the United States on Jun 18, 2020Just put this thing on about a week ago, and so far I like it. On my first drive I found it rattled and was noisy. After a few days, I decided to look at it, and try to figure out what was the issue. I noticed that with the tire on, and the tailgate closed, the tire carrier was not against the rubber bumper that mounts to the bracket on the back of the Jeep. I adjusted it to the point where I saw the rubber bumper flatten a little with the door closed, and had no more rattles. Great price, and it was actually a lot better than I thought it would be.Was this review helpful?

MichaelVery nice, well built rear bumper.Reviewed in the United States on Apr 14, 2020After doing alot of research I decided to go with this rear bumper. I installed it on a 2007 jeep wrangler. I wanted one with a 2 inch receiver, 2 D-rings and led lights. Install was very easy and the directions were excellent. This bumper weighs 65 lbs and is very well made. I am very satisfied with this bumper. I had a question with customer service and they responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this rear bumper.

Some of the mounting points didn’t line up perfectly on my 2012 Wrangler, so it took longer than expected to get it installed. Once on, though, it performs well.Was this review helpful?

On top of that, I ended up having to pay a mechanic around $100 to get it installed correctly, which added to the overall cost.Was this review helpful?

MGExtremely good value for the price.Reviewed in the United States on Jan 03, 2020This bumper was higher quality than I expected. The packing was double boxed/stapled together, and the box arrived with no damage at all on the corners. the finish was very nice, with no chips or flaws. It is very heavy, and will take 2 people to mount it up comfortably. It looks just as good as any $600-$800 bumper, at less than half the cost. The bumper bolted up perfectly, with no vehicle modifications required.
