I've got both the factory and dealer-added skid plates, and the bar fit like a glove. Also, check out these new tires I got – they make a huge difference. The truck looks and drives like a dream!
The bull bar is pretty nice, but it's a bit on the lighter side. Great for gas mileage, but maybe not as tough as a solid steel one. Still, it's perfect for my off-road adventures. I've already cleared a few trees with it."Was this review helpful? -

ReaCheap but goldReviewed in the United States on Jun 13, 2024When I got stuck in the snow and hit a bank, the brush guard took the impact instead of damaging my bumper. The mounts are flexible, so they bent instead of breaking my frame or bumper. It was easy to fix and reinstall. You'll need an impact wrench for the installation because the bolts might be stuck. I gave it a good shake after putting it on and it didn't budge. Had to take off the whole bumper cover, which was a bit of a pain, but it wasn't the product's fault. Took about an hour to get it all set up. Had to clean some sticky stuff off the bar because of the packaging, but the hardware that came with it was fine.
